Samuel Eberts brings to Invescore decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare, law and academia. His varied career includes 15 years at Labcorp, where he served as Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, with oversight of legal, compliance, government relations and M&A activities; equity partnership and board and investment committee membership at the private equity firm MedCap, whose collaboration with Harvard-affiliated Mass General’s Wellman Center facilitated world-class medical insights; and ongoing engagements as Partner at Market Street HealthCare Partners and Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law, among others.

Samuel has been a member of the advisory boards for the Wilson Center and World Policy Institute Advisory Board, the Harvard Law School Corporate Governance Forum and the John F. Kennedy School of Government Healthcare Policy Leadership Council. Subsequent to Invescore Private Equity Investments taking a stake in Aquyre Biosciences, Inc., Samuel assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of that company.
